You can conduct operations such as recharging, withdrawing, futures trading, copy trading, and spot trading normally.
If you had carried out the pre-close-out operation for the held futures positions according to the notice requirements before the maintenance and also had cancelled the pending orders that had been placed in spot, futures, and copy trading, you can now place new orders according to your own needs.
