Account Cancellation

Dear BVOX user,

Before you proceed with the account cancellation process, we would like to bring the following points to your attention:

1. Once your account is cancelled, it will be permanently closed and cannot be recovered.

2. Prior to cancellation, please ensure that you close all open positions and withdraw all funds from your account to ensure that there are no remaining assets. If there are still balances in your account, they will be cleared and cannot be recovered upon cancellation.

3. After the account is cancelled, you CANNOT use the same phone number, email address, and identification information to create a new account or link to an existing account.

4. Security verification is required during the cancellation process, please ensure that you have your security methods properly set up.
