Question: No response when withdrawing?

Answer: There are three situations:

1. After the system upgrade, if the system detects abnormal login records cache caused by some security operations you executed before (such as changing password, Google verification code, fund password, mobile phone number, and email account), the withdrawal function of your account will be suspended for 24 hours. It will resume after the countdown ends.
2. Uninstall the software and download the latest version from https://www.bvox.com.
3. You can withdraw using the web version at https://www.bvox.com

Question: USDT withdrawal not received?

Answer: Your withdrawal request is being processed. For USDT wallet transfers, whether outgoing or incoming, it needs to be confirmed by several network nodes before it can be credited. USDT wallet ERC-20 requires 12 confirmations to complete the transfer (usually takes a few minutes); TRC20 USDT requires 10 confirmations for full transfer. The confirmation speed is affected by many factors such as network and blockchain operations. Please wait patiently. Thank you.

Question: What fees are charged for withdrawal?

Answer: The fee charged for withdrawal is the withdrawal handling fee, which is charged by the miners and not by the platform. You can click on withdraw and search for the currency, and then check the withdrawal handling fee of all current currencies under the "rate handling fee" tab. Alternatively, you can also check the handling fee for the selected currency and chain name at the bottom of the withdrawal interface.

Question: What is the withdrawal service time?

Answer: Currently, withdrawal is available 24/7.

Question: How to add a withdrawal address?

Answer: You can click on "Assets" and then select the currency you want to withdraw. Click on the "Withdraw" button and there will be a blank space to "Enter or paste the address". On the right side of the blank space, there is an address icon. Click on it, and then click the "+" symbol in the upper right corner to add a withdrawal address to your account. When you want to use the same address again, click on the address icon and select the withdrawal address you previously recorded.

Question: How to check the withdrawal record?

Answer: Click on "Assets", select the currency you want to check, and you can view your withdrawal history.

Question: Why is the withdrawal process slow?

Answer: Your withdrawal application will be submitted to the blockchain. It needs to be confirmed by several network nodes before it can be credited. Our customer service can assist you in checking the status of your withdrawal. Please provide your UID, mobile phone number, or email address, and our customer service will assist you immediately.

Question: Has BVOX's address been blacklisted?

Answer: All deposit and withdrawal address of BVOX are normal. If your withdrawal is restricted by the exchange, it is an individual behavior. Please stay away from malicious exchanges that freeze users' assets. Thank you.

Question: BTC electronic wallet withdrawal not received?

Answer: For BTC wallet transfers, whether outgoing or incoming, it needs to be confirmed by six network nodes before it can be credited. The confirmation speed is affected by many factors such as network and server operations, and this is not something that the platform can control. Please wait patiently.
