How to set up an anti-phishing code?

• For APP

1. Open the BVOX app and click on the user profile picture on the top right corner of the homepage, then click on "Security".
2. Click on "Set Anti-Phishing Code".
3. Enter a 3-10 digit or letter code.

Note: After setting the anti-phishing code, BVOX will send you an email containing this code. Please be aware that any emails that do not include this code are likely to be fraudulent or phishing attempts.

• For PC

1. Click on the user profile picture on the top right corner of the homepage, then click on "User Center".
2. Click on "Set Anti-Phishing Code".
3. Enter a 3-10 digit or letter code and click "Confirm" to complete the setup.
