Instructions for deposit address

1. Before recharging, please confirm that the recharge currency is the same as the platform currency. Recharges in different currencies or the full name of the coin is inconsistent and cannot be credited to the account.

2. The wrong address and network are charged, failing to receive the account. For example: Please check the deposit address and network carefully before depositing. Depositing the assets of the ERC20 network into the on-chain network or other networks, for example: depositing ETH to the BTC address or BNB to the ERC20 address, will cause the support to fail to arrive.

3. The recharge page of the platform indicates the minimum recharge amount. If the amount you recharge does not get the minimum recharge unit, it will fail to credit the account.

Notes on the wrong chain

BVOX is not responsible if you deposit or withdraw the currency to the wrong address.

If you withdraw coins from BVOX to the wrong address, BVOX cannot help you retrieve the coins.

If you recharge in a way that BVOX does not support or restore the currency, that BVOX does not help. BVOX cannot help you retrieve the coins.

BVOX does not assume any responsibility if you deposit a currency that BVOX does not support.
