The original phone number can be used, reset and bind the new phone number
1. After logging in to the account, click the avatar button in the upper right corner to enter the [Security] page.
2. On the security settings page, select [Mobile phone verification], enter the corresponding information, and click [Submit]’ to complete the operation.
3. Enter the new mobile phone number, the SMS verification code received by the new mobile phone number, the SMS verification code received by the original mobile phone number, the email verification code, etc., and click [Submit] to reset the binding.
Notice:
In order to ensure the safety of your assets, withdrawals are not supported within 24 hours after the modification and binding of the new mobile phone number.
If the original mobile phone number is no longer available, and the email address cannot be used to log into the account, you can contact the online customer service to describe the problem, and the platform customer service staff will handle it for you.
