If you cannot place an order normally due to insufficient account balance during the transaction, you can click [Cancel] at this time to unoccupy this part of the assets, and you can use the balance to place an order normally.
What is an occupied asset?
When you place an order according to the specified price, you will not immediately make a deal with other orders in the in-depth list, but enter the in-depth list and wait for the other party to take the initiative to make a deal with your order. This behavior is called pending order. Pending orders can be understood as unexecuted orders. The assets of unexecuted orders will be occupied and cannot be used to open positions. You can view them under the [Ordinary Order] column.
Unfreeze occupied assets
If your unfinished order assets are occupied and you want to trade other currencies, but the balance is insufficient, you can unfreeze the occupied assets before opening an order.
Check the unexecuted order under [Ordinary ] and click [Cancel] to unfreeze and release the occupied balance under the order. The unfrozen balance will be returned to the [trading account] and can be directly used for billing.
