Some users will encounter a problem when conducting contract transactions: Why can't they open a position even though there are assets in the account? This may be due to the following two reasons: asset occupation is frozen and insufficient margin.
1. Asset occupation is frozen
The assets in the user's trading account are used for other transactions, resulting in freezing and unable to open positions.
For example, if a user has 100 USDT in his trading account and uses 60 USDT to limit the entrustment to buy BTC in currency trading, then the 60 USDT will be frozen, and the user will not be able to use the 60 USDT to open a contract.
The user can cancel the pending order in the currency transaction, or transfer USDT from other accounts to the trading account to open a position.
2. Insufficient Margin
The contract is a margin system, and a sufficient margin is required to open a position. If there is not enough currency in the account as a margin, the opening of the position cannot be completed. Since the price is fluctuating, the margin required to open each contract is also changing.
If you encounter this situation, you can complete the opening by reducing the number of contracts to be opened or transferring more coins to the corresponding account.
Example: When the number of pages that can be opened is 100, you can choose to open 90 or 95 pages. One is to reserve the price fluctuation range, and the other is to reserve the corresponding handling fee.
