【Rules of Rewards】
 
a. If the stop-loss, stop-profit, or commission price set by the user or the marked price at the time of market transaction differs significantly from the actual transaction price, the platform will compensate for the loss caused by the abnormal slippage.
 
*Definition of significant slippage:
calculated based on the price changes of the K-line within the last three minutes of the user's transaction, if it exceeds (highest price-lowest price) / highest price 100% * 30%, it will be regarded as abnormal slippage.
 
For example: If a user opens a BTC contract on April 3 at 16:16, and the lowest and highest prices within three minutes from 16:15 to 16:17 are 28112.6 and 28350 respectively.
 
When the slippage between the marked price and the actual transaction price exceeds 0.25%, which is (28350-28112.6) / 28350 * 100% * 30%, the platform will compensate for the loss caused by the part of slippage exceeding 0.25%.
 
b. If there is a loss due to an occasional system problem, the platform will fully compensate the user for the loss caused by the system problem.
 
c. After experiencing the product, constructive feedback is welcome.
 
【Feedback Steps】
  1. Contact customer service and provide a description of the feedback problem with screenshots/recordings (recordings are required for trading-related issues) as proof.
  2. For trading-related issues, the recording must show the action of clicking to open a position, as well as a screen with 3 or more bars of WiFi or cellular data.
 
【Notes】
  1. Please do not report the same issue repeatedly.
  2. Issues caused by personal reasons such as outdated APP versions or local network delays are not within the scope of rewards.
  3. BitVenus reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of users suspected of fraudulent behavior at any time.
  4. BitVenus reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this notice for any reason without prior notice.
  5. In order to avoid excessive delay and abuse of feedback, as well as to protect the rights of other users, the recording time and issue discovery time must be within 3 days.
  6. BitVenus reserves the right of final interpretation for this activity.
