What is a USDT perpetual contract?
A USDT perpetual contract is a type of futures contract that uses USDT as collateral, and can be held indefinitely without delivery. Users can buy long or sell short contracts to profit from the rise or fall of the digital asset price. U-based perpetual contracts are priced and settled in USDT, making it easy for users to calculate returns in US dollars, while allowing them to leverage up to 125 times to increase their profits.
Features of USDT perpetual contracts:
- Priced and settled in USDT, profits and losses can be directly linked to the US dollar;
- Held indefinitely, with no expiration date or delivery time, and the contract price is anchored to the spot price through funding fees;
- Standard face value, with one contract corresponding to a fixed amount of digital assets;
- Real-time settlement, with unrealized profits and losses immediately credited to the available margin, increasing the flexibility of capital use.
