First, please open the download link on your mobile phone: https://www.bvox.com/download

For iOS user:
1.Download through the App Store (US Apple account) as follows:
On the download page, click App Store to download, then click Get. After the installation is complete, you can open BVOX.

2. Download via enterprise visa as follows:

Step 1: Select "Enterprise Signature Download" and click Install on the pop-up page;
Step 2: After the installation is complete, please click the "Trust" button on the download page, then click OK to jump to [VPN and Device Management]
Step 3: Click on the BVOX trust certificate and click "Trust" on the pop-up page. After the trust is completed, you can open BVOX.






3.Download via TestFlight (non-China Apple account) as follows:

For Android user:

Huawei mobile phones need to turn off pure mode to install

How to turn off pure mode?

Step 1: Open Settings and click on the "System and Updates" option;

Step 2: Select "App Guard";

Step 3: Click "DISABLE" on the pop-up page.

*If the Huawei mobile phone cannot turn off the pure mode to install the APP, the user can click Install after the download is complete, immediately turn on the airplane mode, conduct the test, and click Next to install after the test is completed.
