How to Use Authenticator for 2FA on BVOX

Download the Authenticator

For IOS user, go to App store, and search "Authenticator".

For Android user, go to App store or website, and search "Authenticator".

Web

Step1.  Login www.bvox.com, and then click "User center"-"Google Authenticator"

Step2. Click "BIND" 

Step3. You will then see a QR code and a 16-digit key on the screen. Open Authenticator on your phone and scan the QR code, or enter the 16-digit key manually. 

Step4. You should see a 6-digit code. To enable Authenticator for your account, verify with your 2FA devices.

App

Step1.  Login BVOX, and then click "User center"

Step2. Click "Security" 

Step3. Click "Google Authenticator"

Step4. Click"Next Step"

Step5. You will then see a QR code and a 16-digit key on the screen. Open Authenticator on your phone and scan the QR code, or enter the 16-digit key manually. 

Step6. You should see a 6-digit code, click"Next Step" and to enable Authenticator for your account, verify with your 2FA devices.

If I lost Google Authenticator, how to get it back?

If you have backed up your key in secure locations before, you can use it to get it back. 

If you totally lost it, you can contact Customer Service get help.
